Piper, a seasoned Senior Director at Orr Group, is a strategic partner for clients seeking strategic advancement and fundraising excellence. Specializing in capital campaign assessments & strategic planning, frontline fundraising,  board development, and team leadership, Piper brings over two decades of professional development experience to the table.

With a remarkable background in capital campaigns, Piper's expertise lies in major gifts and planned giving. She crafts innovative strategies rooted in a return-on-investment approach, driving organizational change and substantial revenue generation for Orr Group's nonprofit partners. Piper's track record includes success in major individual giving, planned giving, annual fundraising campaigns, capital campaigns, corporate giving, and institutional giving.

Certified as a Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and recognized as a Fellow in Charitable Estate Planning (FCEP), Piper's commitment to excellence is unwavering. In her most recent role as Chief Development Officer at a D.C.-based nonpartisan advocacy agency, she successfully oversaw revenue growth and implemented a three-year business plan to increase annual revenue from $12 million to $33 million.

Her strategic focus encompassed driving the expansion and renovation of USO centers, bolstering program support and global outreach, fortifying transition services, and establishing a quick reaction fund.

Piper's leadership extends beyond achievements; she has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, foster enduring relationships with major gift prospects, and strategically plan for multimillion-dollar revenue success. She excels in client relationship management, directly contributing to project success, and also supports new business development, helping generate opportunities for the firm.
