Piper partners with Orr Group clients on growth & fundraising strategy, board development & team leadership, and capital campaign planning & execution. With an extensive background in capital campaigns and a specialty in major gifts and planned giving, Piper develops innovative strategies with a return on investment-based solution for our nonprofit partners to drive organizational change and substantial revenue generation. Piper brings 20+ years of professional development experience and nonprofit leadership to Orr Group. Piper has established proven success in creating and implementing strategies for major individual giving, planned giving, annual fundraising campaigns, capital campaigns, corporate giving, and institutional giving. She brings this expertise to Orr Group and our nonprofit partners, along with her extensive experience leading high-performing teams, building long-term relationships with major gift prospects, and planning for multimillion-dollar revenue success. Piper is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a Fellow in Charitable Estate Planning (FCEP). Most recently, Piper served as Chief Development Officer at No Labels, a D.C.-based nonpartisan advocacy agency, where she was responsible for overseeing all facets of the development team, including revenue growth, major individual giving, annual donations, campaign giving, and fundraising strategy. In this role, she created and implemented a three-year business plan to increase annual revenue from $12 million to $33 million.
