Guide Dogs for the Blind Guide Dogs for the Bling (GDB), founded in the San Francisco Bay Area and headquartered in San Rafael, CA, faced an ambitious challenge of increasing fundraising by 400% over 10 years to sustain and expand its mission. In response, GDB partnered with Orr Group to transform its strategy and operations. Together, we designed a fundraising roadmap focused on building relationships with over 100,000 annual supporters, strengthening internal capacity, and aligning marketing to inspire transformational gifts.
