Jill leads Grameen America’s philanthropic and marketing strategies to advance their mission to drive financial inclusion and empower women through financial independence. Since joining the organization nine years ago, she has played a pivotal role in Grameen America’s rapid growth as the leading nonprofit microfinance organization in the U.S. 

Orr Group initially partnered with Grameen America in 2018 to develop and implement a $300M campaign aimed at doubling its size and impact over 10 years. Our partnership helped Grameen America double its best previous fundraising year and exceed its full campaign goal two years early. Most recently, we re-engaged in 2023 to design its latest $600M campaign as part of an ambitious $1B growth initiative.
