From Steve Orr’s early days as an investment banker specializing in the financial sector at Goldman Sachs, he realized the power of data and analytics to drive change and innovation. Having spent more than a decade on Wall Street, and inspired by his parents’ charitable efforts, Steve and his wife Carol founded Orr Group (previously known as Orr Associates, Inc.) to help nonprofits fundraise more effectively.
