Tara Lisa Perry, the Chief Executive Officer of the National CASA/GAL Association for Children, brings an impressive 30-year track record of leading transformative change across both non-profit and for-profit sectors. Since her tenure began with National CASA/GAL in 2013, she has held various leadership positions before assuming the role of CEO in 2016.

Under Tara's visionary leadership, the organization has undertaken significant reforms. This includes a comprehensive restructuring of its service delivery model, the development of national initiatives, the establishment of new programming standards, and the launch of a highly successful national marketing campaign, among other notable achievements.
