She brings a deep expertise in donor relations, strategic partnerships, and major gifts fundraising to her role at a leading scientific research institution. Having joined the organization in 2023, Jeanine has spearheaded the expansion of the organization’s development function, connecting cutting-edge scientists with funders to drive significant impact. 

Orr Group has partnered with Carnegie Science for over four years, first strategizing and now managing a transformative fundraising effort to match its philanthropic ambitions and engage prominent funders. Beyond our fundraising work, our teams have also collaborated to leverage planned gift fundraising, as well as provide recruitment and HR support for its staff.
