About Victoria

As a Senior Associate Director at Orr Group, Victoria Becker collaborates with nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies that drive revenue and strengthen programs and services. She serves as a project manager across a range of initiatives, including campaign management, Board assessment and transformation, pipeline development, and moves management. Her role involves conducting research and analysis, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution of team deliverables.

Before joining Orr Group, Victoria worked as a Communications Associate at Libraries Without Borders, an international nonprofit committed to expanding access to information. During her tenure, she developed a passion for crafting fundraising messaging to support campaign initiatives.

Victoria holds a degree from Georgetown University, where she specialized in foreign languages and cultures, honing advanced proficiency in French, Spanish, and Italian.

When I'm not working…
