About Sajila

As an Associate, Sajila collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies and drive revenue to enhance programs and services. Her work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and helping to execute team deliverables.

Prior to joining Orr Group, Sajila worked at B Storytelling as a junior content strategist. She also interned at Ipas (Partners for Reproductive Justice) as a Development Intern. She identified, researched, and drafted the prep materials necessary to help the development team at Ipas successfully make the ask. Sajila also interned at Blacksburg Refugee Partnership and Peace Boat USA throughout her time in college.
