About Rossemary As an Associate Director, Rossemary works on the Talent team assisting with recruitment efforts, onboarding, and other Human Resources functions for Orr Group’s nonprofit clients. Prior to joining Orr Group, Rossemary worked as a recruiter for Pathways, where her focus was assisting with recruiting efforts for behavioral health and corporate roles. Rossemary has also worked with Legal Aid Works, a nonprofit legal firm. There, she increased the firm’s efforts in conducting outreach to underserved communities around the area.
