About Regina

Regina helps Orr Group’s nonprofit partners by advising on campaign strategy and management, strategic planning, board development and recruitment, moves management, development operations, and special events.

Regina has over 23 years of experience in nonprofit management, working with organizations to consistently meet or exceed their fundraising and strategic goals. She holds a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) certification and is regularly called upon as an expert in the field to participate in webinars, lectures, and presentations.

Prior to joining Orr Group, Regina served in Director-level roles at Cathedral High School and The Mary Louis Academy. Previously, she was the Director of Patron Programs at WNET.org, America’s flagship PBS station and the parent company of THIRTEEN. She also held a variety of positions at Carnegie Hall, where she worked in Corporate Relations, Development Services, and eventually as Director of Membership.

Additionally, Regina has served as an Adjunct Instructor at the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy at LIU, NYU School of Professional Studies and Concordia College, teaching courses such as “Cause Selling for Nonprofits” and “Fundraising for the Arts.”
