About Megan As an Associate Director in Orr Group's Advisory Services Practice Area, Megan collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to assess their current state and help strategize for the future. She brings a multidisciplinary background and deep commitment to social change, with experience spanning education, consulting, and advocacy. Prior to joining Orr Group, Megan earned her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied Studio Art, Psychology, and Incarceration Studies. After graduating during the COVID-19 pandemic, Megan taught elementary school for a year before transitioning into management consulting at Korn Ferry. Throughout her career, Megan has remained dedicated to nonprofit work, with a focus on juvenile justice, civil rights, and climate work.
