About Madelyne Madelyne collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies and drive revenue to enhance programs and services. Her work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and helping to execute team deliverables. Prior to joining Orr Group, Madelyne earned her Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland, where she focused on nonprofit management and social policy issues. In addition, Madelyne holds experience in external relations, financial and strategic management, research, and communications through her previous role as UMD’s School of Public Policy’s Interim Career Services Coordinator, along with internships at the National Center for Children in Poverty, A Wider Circle, and the Montgomery County Family Justice Center.
