About Hannah As an Associate on the Growth team, Hannah is instrumental in supporting the company's marketing and communication efforts. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including content creation, social media management, marketing material preparation, business development proposal creation, and more, all of which contribute significantly to expanding the company's brand presence. Hannah initially joined Orr Group in December 2022 as an intern, where she primarily assisted the Growth team and also collaborated with other departments such as Operations. During her internship, Hannah authored an article titled "MacKenzie Scott’s ‘Open Call’: What To Know And How To Respond," which ranked as the top-performing article for three consecutive months. Prior to joining Orr Group, Hannah earned her Bachelors of Business Administration and Art Minor from Roanoke College in May 2022. Throughout her collegiate experience, she explored the connection between business and art, and played on the field hockey team as a goal keeper. Post-college and prior to securing an internship with Orr Group, Hannah worked as a contractors assistant where she worked on numerous landscaping and renovation projects.
