About Dalia

As an Associate Director, Dalia collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies and drive revenue to enhance programs and services. Her work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and helping to execute team deliverables.

Prior to joining Orr Group, Dalia served as an Avodah Service Corps Member and Program Manager at Housing Unlimited, Inc, an affordable housing provider for adults with psychiatric disabilities. While there, she managed the waitlist of individuals in need of housing services, which included processing their materials, connecting them with resources, and placing them into homes. Dalia was first introduced to development while studying at Pitzer College and working on their annual giving team within the Office of Advancement. She has experience soliciting donations, working with CRM databases, cultivating donor relationships, and assisting with marketing and donor stewardship campaigns.
