About Caroline Caroline has over a decade of communications experience across the corporate and higher education sectors. She specializes in executive communications and digital strategy, and is passionate about leveraging data and insights to create educational, impactful messaging at scale. She has advised communications strategy for senior leaders in financial services, human resources, and information technology. As a member of the communications team at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, she managed the news desk, social media, and various external, internal, and executive communications for one of the largest graduate schools on campus.
