Prior to joining Orr Group, Astha spent over a decade in financial and operational management in the nonprofit sector. She led global portfolios and multi-million-dollar budgets, built and refined financial and operational systems, and partnered closely with executive teams to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and sustainability. Astha specializes in building and scaling systems that align people, processes, and capital to deliver measurable results. She has managed complex organizational transitions, improving financial performance and increasing efficiency by designing policies and tools from the ground up.
