About Asaiah As an Associate, Asaiah collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies and drive revenue to enhance programs and services. His work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and helping to execute team deliverables. Prior to joining Orr Group, Asaiah worked in the international development field through the International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX). He supported programs in curriculum development and management, and he worked closely with fellows to ensure an engaging fellowship experience. It was during college that Asaiah’s interest in nonprofits flourished as a Bonner Scholar working closely on food security with Meals on Wheels Mercer County.
