Amy has spent her career strategically crafting and building prospect research, prospect management, and analytics functions within large, complex nonprofit organizations. Before joining Orr Group, Amy was most recently Senior Director of Research and Pipeline Development on the Revenue Operations team at Year Up, a national workforce development organization, where she led a dynamic team responsible for spearheading new business development, managing pipelines, and conducting comprehensive research and analysis for individual, corporate, foundation, and market segments. This crucial support contributed to Year Up's annual revenue exceeding $170 million. Amy started at Year Up in 2016 when she assumed the inaugural Director of Prospect Development and Research role, becoming a pivotal leader within the Development Operations team.
