About Alexis

As an Associate Director on the Talent team, Alexis is responsible for client-based talent acquisition, along with internal payroll and benefits admin for Orr Group. She serves as an information source for payroll needs or questions and benefits implementation and support.

Alexis has over two years of HR/recruiting experience. Prior to joining Orr Group, Alexis served as a staffing and administrative manager at a nursing home called Broadmead. She then transitioned out of healthcare and joined the engineering field at Allen + Shariff Corp. as an HR/Recruiting Specialist. Alexis has experience with recruitment, onboarding, training, customer service, scheduling, payroll, and benefits administration.

When I'm not working…

I am with my 3 female cats named Lizzie McGuire, Suya, and Blue. I am obsessed with animals, especially sharks, and will watch any documentary on any animal. My family has a Nigerian catering business, so I am very passionate about cooking/hosting meals. I enjoy painting for fun, roller skating, axe throwing, archery, and any other fun group activities.
