About Natalie As an Associate Director, Natalie collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies and drive revenue. Natalie work includes supporting fundraising operations, managing client deliverables, overseeing moves management, conducting research and data analysis, and developing outreach materials. Natalie provides support in Spanish to Orr Group’s International partners. In addition to her client work, Natalie leads Orr Group’s Internship Program. Prior to joining Orr Group, Natalie worked in international logistics in San Francisco, CA. During college, she worked at the Pitzer College Office of Advancement, where she led the student fundraising team through two of their most successful fundraising years to date. She has also worked with the Oregon Community Foundation, the Elizabeth Bowers Zambia Education Fund, NARAL, and various other local and national organizations and campaigns.
