Challenge The Blue Square Alliance Against Hate (formally the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism), founded by Robert Kraft in 2019, is dedicated to inspiring Americans to stand up to Jewish hate and all forms of hatred. Through powerful messaging and strategic partnerships, Blue Square Alliance has mobilized a growing base of supporters. However, an influx of donations—including over 25,000 unsolicited contributions—presented a challenge: without the infrastructure to qualify, cultivate, and steward these donors, Blue Square Alliance risked missing an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and sustain fundraising momentum. The organization needed to enhance its development operations, donor qualification processes, and database management to effectively engage supporters and lay the groundwork for long-term philanthropic success.
Solution Orr Group partnered with Blue Square Alliance to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to strengthen its fundraising operations. Our initial engagement focused on building a qualified portfolio of Blue Square Alliance’s top 75-100 donors, providing in-depth research and approach strategies while setting up Salesforce to streamline donor management.
