About Theresa Theresa brings 20 years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit management, working with organizations across the country, in all sectors and sizes. She regularly conducts fundraising assessments and campaign feasibility studies; serves as manager for campaigns raising $2M-$325M; and fills interim leadership roles for clients. Prior to joining Orr Group, Theresa served as a Vice President at Development Guild DDI and for ten years at Schultz & Williams. Theresa has worked with organizations including The Philadelphia Orchestra and Kimmel Center, Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Children’s National Foundation, Temple Health System Women’s Hospital, Haiti Air Ambulance, The Salvation Army, Cradles to Crayons, Narrative 4, City Year Greater Boston, and IsraAID. Before consulting, Theresa held senior fundraising and marketing roles at Children’s Specialized Hospital & Foundation, the largest pediatric rehabilitation provider in the country. Theresa received a Bachelor of Arts in English and economics from Muhlenberg College and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
