About Jesse

Jesse is a Vice President at Orr Group, where he collaborates with nonprofit leaders to understand their talent-related needs, develop innovative approaches, and enhance organizational processes to advance their missions and accelerate impact. He serves as a key member of the firm's Impact Group with a focus on our Talent Management Practice Area, dedicated to identifying and addressing the needs of our nonprofit partners while promoting our best practices and perspectives across the sector.

Before joining Orr Group, Jesse spent nine years at Development Guild DDI, most recently as Vice President, Executive Search, where he conducted C-suite searches as a leader in the firm’s Executive Search practice. Some of his client projects included senior-level searches for: Appalachian Mountain Club, Emerson College, Friends of the High Line, the Hammer Museum at UCLA, Madison Square Park Conservancy, Partners in Health,  The New School, New York-Presbyterian, the Robin Hood Foundation, and Studio in a School.

Prior to joining Development Guild DDI, Jesse worked for 10 years at Heidrick & Struggles, providing candidate research and outreach for the firm’s education, nonprofit, and social enterprise clients. While with Heidrick & Struggles, Jesse’s projects included executive-level searches at New York University, Partners In Health, Queens College, University of Virginia, the MasterCard Foundation, and the Ford Foundation.
