About Nicole As an Associate at Orr Group, Nicole collaborates with nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies to generate revenue and foster growth for mission-driven programs. Nicole’s work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and supporting the execution of team deliverables. Before joining Orr Group, Nicole studied at Fairfield University, where she earned her degree in Business Management and International Business, with a minor in Humanitarian Action. Nicole previously worked at Orr Group as a summer Intern in 2024, where she assisted in prospect research and profiling. Nicole also worked with the Network for Children’s Rights in Athens, Greece, helping to develop a strategic networking plan for donor engagement. What makes me happy...
