About Gwen As an Associate, Gwen supports the Donor Engagement team by assisting in developing and executing front-line fundraising efforts. Her work includes composing written communication and engagement materials, conducting prospect research, and helping produce strategic plans, final reports, and events for various organizations. Before joining Orr Group, Gwen worked on the Major & Leadership Gifts team at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. In this role, she helped steward major donors by preparing written communication, organizing institution-wide fundraising events, and drafting proposals and briefing materials for senior leadership. She also supported the National Committee for the Performing Arts and the board of trustees in preparing meeting materials and logistics, while serving as a key point of contact for all institutional communication.
