FEATURED SPEAKERS:

Terry is responsible for ensuring the most efficient operations in Orr Group’s office-wide workflows, technology, and infrastructure. In his role, Terry maintains safe, compliant, and effective day-to-day operations and implements projects to continually improve organizational systems. Terry is also a member of Orr Group's AI Taskforce and has spearheaded the firm's adoption of AI technology and resources, in addition to positioning Orr Group as a thought leader on AI within the nonprofit sector.

Prior to joining Orr Group, Terry built up a resume with more than 10 years of experience in nonprofit operations, facilities, and IT. Most recently, Terry served as the Director of Operations at Americans for the Arts. In this role, Terry implemented and standardized organizational practices and procedures, introduced new systems, and helped advance the organization’s IT infrastructure, office services, contracting, HR, and meetings & events. Before that, Terry worked at Imagination Stage, serving as the Facilities Manager and Assistant General Manager.

Matthew Reisman is Director of Privacy and Data Policy at the Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL), where he is working to advance the responsible use of data and technology. Matthew’s areas of focus include data protection, artificial intelligence policy and governance, and privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).  Prior to joining CIPL, Matthew was a Director of Global Privacy Policy at Microsoft.  

Prior to joining Microsoft, Matthew led research on the digital economy at the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) and advised emerging economies on international trade and investment policy through programs funded by the United States Agency for International Development and the World Bank.
