“ Orr Group felt like an extension of our team. They took the time to understand our mission and staff, which allowed us to focus on priority talent and HR projects aligned with our real-time needs. Their team helped us prioritize initiatives, identify areas of opportunity for organizational growth, and was flexible and accessible as new challenges emerged. I always felt like I had a strong team at the ready, and their expertise in HR and talent services is unmatched. I would confidently recommend Orr Group as a trusted partner.” “Orr Group felt like an extension of our team. “ Working with Orr Group allowed us the opportunity to not only layout the strategy for our major gifts work, but to also test that strategy. And that's not necessarily always the case when you bring in external resources to support organizations. Often, they build the strategy but are gone before we've implemented it. That was the great thing about working with Orr Group. We were able to test, formatively evaluate, and refine the strategy to be successful.” “Working with Orr Group allowed us the opportunity to not only layout the strategy for our major gifts work, but to also test that strategy. “ Thanks to Orr Group’s support, the [Blue Square] Operations team is saving at least an hour of manual work each week. The automations they built to feed pin requests directly into Salesforce now ensure Accounts are created automatically, allowing us to better track and activate supporters throughout their journey. Their partnership has been both strategic and tactical—exactly what we needed to build a stronger foundation for our marketing and philanthropy efforts.” “Thanks to Orr Group’s support, the [Blue Square] Operations team is saving at least an hour of manual work each week.
