During her 14-year tenure at Illinois Tech, Susan has played an integral role in sophisticating the institution’s approach to fundraising with a particular focus on driving strategic major and planned giving initiatives.

Susan and the team at Illinois Tech have partnered with Orr Group for over 4 years. Most recently, we’ve been serving as embedded partners to support various fundraising initiatives surrounding Illinois Tech’s “Power The Difference” campaign, a $1 billion effort to disrupt traditional education models and reshape the University’s organizational and advancement structure. With a focus on major and planned gift fundraising, we’re helping Illinois Tech reimagine its philanthropic potential and amplify its impact.
