Rosemarie is a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR). Rosemarie brings over fifteen years of recruitment experience working in tech, nonprofit, healthcare, and environmental industries. She has a track record of developing recruitment and sourcing strategies that enable recruiters and organizations to grow while adhering to employment laws and guidelines. Throughout her career, Rosemarie has demonstrated the ability to partner with all levels of management to source and hire top talent. She has used her effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to influence operational changes, drive collaboration, and adopt new ideas, tools, and practices. Prior to joining Orr Group, Rosemarie worked at Vimeo Inc as a Senior Recruiter on the Global People Team, recruiting for the USA and UK regions that significantly impacted the company’s rapid growth. Rosemarie started her recruitment career in the healthcare space, where she contributed to operations and HR objectives and helped to promote an employee-oriented, high-performing culture. Building upon this experience, she then directly supported the Chief Talent Officer of an environmental consulting firm in formulating and executing recruitment strategies to grow the company. After that, she engaged in entrepreneurship for five years, honing her skills in business management and consulting.
