About Patricia With nearly two decades of experience in hospitality, nonprofit leadership, and consulting, Patricia has built her career around bringing people together, developing leaders and teams, and helping organizations turn strategy into meaningful action. Today, as Vice President and Head of Orr Group’s Talent Practice Area, she leads the firm’s leadership services, including executive and leadership search, coaching, and other talent solutions. She continues to oversee Orr Group’s Donor Engagement Practice Area and serves as a strategic advisor to nonprofit executives and boards on fundraising strategy, events, campaigns, and board engagement. Patricia’s work has increasingly centered on the people behind the strategy — helping leaders think through complex challenges, strengthening teams, and ensuring organizations have the right talent and leadership to move forward. At Orr Group, she regularly steps into interim leadership roles for clients navigating growth and transition and has helped build and develop the firm’s bench of interim leaders. Prior to Orr Group, Patricia held leadership roles at Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic and World Wildlife Fund, spanning fundraising, corporate partnerships, events, employee engagement, and organizational leadership. She began her career in hospitality, leading teams and producing high-profile events at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Park Hyatt Washington, W Washington D.C., and Yours Truly DC. Patricia has completed ICF-accredited coach training through Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching and is currently completing the experience requirements toward the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
