About Kelly With 25 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and organizational strategy, Kelly Dunphy has built a career helping mission-driven organizations raise more money, work more effectively, and lead with clarity. She has partnered with nonprofits across healthcare, education, arts and culture, and social impact to tackle complex fundraising and organizational challenges, whether preparing for a major campaign, strengthening development operations, or aligning boards and staff around shared goals. Kelly has advised and managed major fundraising campaigns and has also helped organizations build the core fundraising systems, leadership structures, and staff capacity required for long-term success. Her work is practical and collaborative, grounded in an understanding of how strategy translates into day-to-day execution. As Partner and Chief Experience Officer at Orr Group, Kelly oversees the quality and consistency of client work across the firm’s practice areas. Earlier in her career, Kelly worked at Share Our Strength, where she helped lead the national Taste of the Nation fundraising program and managed national corporate partnerships. She later served as Managing Director of Operations at The Stott Group, where she led business development and firm operations during a period of significant growth. Kelly returned to Orr Group to lead the client experience function, bringing a deep understanding of both nonprofit leadership and consulting execution.
