About Adam

Adam partners with clients on strategic fundraising opportunities and challenges to meet their philanthropic goals. With a focus on the bigger picture, Adam provides creative solutions for each client’s unique business plan, board/staff leadership, and donors. No two organizations are the same, and maximizing potential requires a tailor-fit approach.  

Prior to joining Orr Group, Adam worked as a frontline fundraiser in higher education, social services, and arts & culture. Adam’s career has focused on strategy, major gifts, institutional giving, special events, and donor relationships. Adam previously served as Director of Development for Education Through Music, Director of Individual Giving for the All-Stars Project of New York, Senior Manager of Major Gifts for Lincoln Center, and Associate Director of Development for Manhattan School of Music.
