Kelly drives revenue results and organizational growth for Orr Group’s client partners. In her role as Managing Director, Kelly designs the strategies for Orr Group’s engagements, helps lead the company, mentors and coaches staff, and develops new business. She brings two decades of experience in fundraising, strategy, board development, and organizational leadership.
Kelly leads projects as varied as capital campaign planning and execution, major gifts, institutional fundraising, special events, board recruitment, and organizational restructuring; and often serves in interim leadership positions on behalf of her partners. She’s worked with a wide array of missions in different nonprofit sectors, from hospitals and universities to community-based social services and arts and culture.
Prior to joining Orr Group in 2006, Kelly worked for Share Our Strength, an organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. During her six-plus years with the organization, she helped lead a multi-million-dollar national fundraising program called Taste of the Nation.
Additionally, Kelly trained and managed the organization’s volunteer fundraisers on a national level. She ultimately transitioned to the organization’s creative enterprises and marketing department, where she was responsible for cultivating and managing six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships with well-known national brands.

A long run in Central Park in the morning and a movie or museum visit in the afternoon. I love to take advantage of all the great things New York City has to offer.
