About Lindsy As a Director, Lindsy works with Orr Group’s partners to implement fundraising strategies that help them achieve and exceed their revenue goals. She brings over ten years of fundraising experience with a strong focus on corporate giving, donor relations, pipeline development, event fundraising, and board management. Prior to joining Orr Group, Lindsy served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at Youth INC, managing a portfolio of major corporate donors and implementing large-scale volunteer, mentoring, and board placement opportunities for corporate partner employees. Additionally, Lindsy managed several of Youth INC’s major fundraising events and conferences. Previously, Lindsy also served as the Corporate Contributions Manager at Dress for Success Worldwide, building retail partnerships, securing in-kind donations for Dress for Success affiliates, and managing the organization’s Young Executives for Success Board.
