About Lauren As a Director at Orr Group, Lauren brings over 12 years of fundraising experience and a passion for connecting organizational vision with donor interests and motivation. She focuses on building and refining individual giving programs, deepening donor relationships, and strengthening Board engagement — helping nonprofits grow their capacity in ways that feel both strategic and deeply human. Prior to joining Orr Group, Lauren served as a Consultant at Donorly, where she partnered with small to mid-size nonprofits during moments of growth and change. Working alongside organizational leadership, development staff, and Boards, she helped enhance fundraising infrastructure and drive contributed revenue growth through strong storytelling and relationship-building. Lauren has also led development efforts in-house, including as Senior Manager of Individual Giving at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and during her eight-year tenure at MCC Theater, where she grew into the role of Associate Director of Development.
