About Jericka As an Associate at Orr Group, Jericka collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies to generate revenue to enhance programs and services. Jericka’s work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and supporting the execution of team deliverables. Prior to joining Orr Group, Jericka worked at Maestra, a social impact and cultural strategy agency, as an Associate, where she assisted with internal operations, communications, and client service support to help execute purpose-driven campaigns and initiatives. Jericka also contributed to donor engagement and relationship management efforts for the Justice for Greenwood Foundation. A fun fact about me... I sang the national anthem at a WNBA game.
