About Stacey As a Director, Stacey helps to lead and manage client teams, oversee the development of fundraising strategies to successful conclusion, and drive impact for Orr Group’s partners. Stacey is native to the D.C. Metropolitan area, and prior to joining Orr Group, served as Chief Development Officer for several local nonprofit organizations with a national footprint. She brings 20+ years of nonprofit experience, developing and executing strategies to support the work and missions of local and national organizations. Her work with corporations, foundations, major gifts, and individuals, in particular, has helped nonprofits grow and raise significant capital, create and expand key partnerships, and execute thoughtful strategies. She has launched many sizable campaigns, bringing teams together from around the nation in support of incredible missions. Stacey’s background spans the sector with experience in strategic thinking, consensus building, and the ability to discern audiences. When Stacey is not working, she is spending time with her family, hiking and painting.
