About Ariam

Ariam collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies and drive revenue to enhance programs and services. Her work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and helping to execute team deliverables. Prior to joining Orr Group, Ariam was a grants management intern at Search for Common Ground within their Central and East Africa department. She’s also interned for the Wilmat Development Foundation, where she assisted in renovating a microfinancing program for rural women in Uganda. Ariam’s previous experience includes grants management, event planning, and project management.
