About Shea

Shea drives strategy ideation and implementation for Orr Group’s partners. In her role as a Director, Shea collaborates with clients to define what a successful engagement looks like and build realistic, detailed roadmaps that lead nonprofits into a sustainable future. Shea is passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and ensuring that nonprofits are not only equipped to realize their missions and approach their work through a DEI lens but also recruit and retain the talent to do so by fostering an environment of belonging. Shea brings six years’ experience in consulting community-first partners. Prior to joining the team at Orr Group, Shea worked as the Director of Recruitment at Georgetown Law Center and the Director of Operations for the Social Good Initiative at Meta.
