Rich brings 30 years of Executive Leadership, Operations, Strategy, Business Development and Risk Management experience to Orr Group. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Rich is responsible for managing the delivery of a wide range of services, including Corporate Structuring, Business Strategy, Risk Management, Contract Review, Regulatory Compliance, Operations & Technology (O&T), Finance, Real Estate Management, Analytics and Dashboard Reporting.
Prior to joining Orr Group, Rich most recently served as the General Manager for Vet Comp and Pen Medical Consulting where he had direct and matrix management responsibilities for Sales, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Risk Management and Facilities.
Rich previously held key executive leadership positions at the following organizations:
- Partner, Marquis Business & Technology Solutions: Responsible for Business Development and launched subsidiary business lines that provided Executive Consulting and Outsourced Recruiting to multi-industry clients via direct relationship and omnibus platforms.
- CEO/Founder, Morgan Clarke Enterprises: Over the course of 14 years, Morgan Clarke provided Trusted Advisory, best in class solutions and various Executive Consulting practice services to international, national and regional Financial Services clientele, including Citigroup and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
- Vice-President, BNY Mellon: Rich launched the Operational Risk Management and Broker Dealer Global Clearance divisions at this historic Wall Street firm. Additionally, Rich was part of an executive team to revise the Office of Quality Assurance and launch its flagship program, ClientFirst, emphasizing deeper client engagement, with direct impact to corporate revenues.
