Natalie works with the talent acquisition team to source, screen, and interview candidates both internally and for clients. Natalie assists with best practice recruitment of top talent by helping to ensure that the proper staffing guidelines are met. Her core expertise is in recruitment marketing in order to create diverse candidate pipelines.
Natalie is a recent graduate of North Carolina A&T, where she studied Marketing and Sales. She has 3 years of experience working in global market strategy, sourcing and recruiting, and sales. Natalie is Six Sigma-Green Belt Certified, as well as a certified Recruitment Marketer. Throughout Natalie’s fairly new career, she has been committed to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and the development of creative recruitment strategies.
Previously, Natalie worked in a Consultative Sales and Recruiting Coordinator hybrid role in the metals industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She helped develop the company’s college recruiting strategy, through building beneficial relationships with top colleges.
