Maureen works to serve each client with the ultimate goal of bettering the organization and fostering lasting relationships with donors.
Maureen has a range of experience with nonprofits of varying sizes and missions, including serving as an interim Chief Development Officer, running multimillion-dollar fundraising events, consulting on capital campaigns, and developing long-term fundraising strategies.
Prior to joining Orr Group, Maureen provided daily leadership and oversight for Antioch College’s Office of Advancement and consulted on college-wide fundraising strategy. She coordinated interdepartmental strategies between major gifts, annual fund, alumni relations and prospect research, while supervising the development team. At Antioch, she helped raise over $2.5 million in the Annual Fund and launched its inaugural Giving Tuesday campaign that raised $26,000 in one day. She oversaw a portfolio of 50 prospects, integrated fundraising efforts between multiple campaigns, and managed the department budget.
Previously, Maureen was Director of Donor Relations and Scholarships at East Carolina University and Director of Law Alumni Relations at George Washington University.
