Focus

Leah joined Orr Group in 2019 and manages the firm’s Administration and Operations. In this role, Leah is responsible for creating knowledge systems that will promote and support the Administration, Operations and Human Resources capabilities in both Orr Group offices in Washington DC and New York City.

Experience

Leah spent the past six years of her career working within infrastructure capabilities; most recently as the Executive Assistant for the Chief of Staff and the EVP of Strategy at Stand Together (formerly The Seminar Network). Within her role, she was responsible for quarterly reporting, records management and systems and process improvements.

Prior to her role with The Seminar Network, Leah was the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of Congressional Bank also while supporting the C-suite team and their Board.
