Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, she oversees the firm's complete branding, marketing, communications, thought leadership, and business development efforts. In her capacity as the leader of the Growth Team, Katie not only manages a dedicated team but also provides creative direction for marketing initiatives, business expansion, and fostering strategic relationship-building opportunities. In addition, Katie takes the lead in optimizing marketing campaigns and managing advanced cloud-based CRM and marketing automation technologies to track sales activities, ensuring the organization's continued growth and success. With extensive experience in proposal generation, contract execution, and collaborative partnerships within the areas of fundraising, development, strategic planning, and event management, Katie's expertise makes her a valuable asset to the organization. Before joining Orr Group, Katie worked as a Development and Communications Assistant at Habitat for Humanity in Rochester, NY, where she supported the development and communications teams and contributed to various fundraising projects.
