Alison brings over three years of human resources experience and expertise in recruiting, process improvement, and training and development. Alison helps to build Orr Group’s internal team by identifying top talent and streamlining recruiting and onboarding processes that are effective and true to our culture. She also partners with our clients to serve their varying recruiting needs and initiatives.
Before coming to Orr Group, Alison worked for a civil-engineering firm where she performed full life-cycle recruiting and spearheaded a nationally-ranked internship program. Additionally, she was responsible for developing relationships with colleges and community STEM programs to create pipelines of top talent. Alison also spent some time in the staffing industry where she performed full life-cycle recruiting for both public and private sector clients of varying sizes and industries.
In addition to recruiting, Alison has been involved in several HR areas including employee engagement, communications, process improvement, leadership event planning, compensation analysis, and training and development.
