About Eden As an Associate, Eden collaborates with Orr Group’s nonprofit partners to develop and execute fundraising strategies and drive revenue to enhance programs and services. She assists with the administration, creation, and implementation of efficient and impactful plans for clients to meet and exceed their development goals. Her work includes preparing materials, conducting research and analysis, and helping to execute team deliverables. Prior to joining Orr Group, Eden was a Youth Development Specialist with the Peace Corps, serving a small community in the Mid-Atlas Mountains. While living in Morocco, she taught communicative English, life skills, and creative expression at the local youth center. She was also an active member of Peace Corps Morocco’s Diversity Committee, facilitating trainings for staff and volunteers, and advocating for the needs of Volunteers of marginalized backgrounds. While earning her bachelor’s degree in Global Development Studies from the University of Virginia, Eden interned with the International Rescue Committee and was involved in volunteer work with the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank in Charlottesville. Eden brings her passion for social justice to Orr Group, growing her knowledge and experience in the nonprofit sector. When I'm not working...
