New Partner Spotlight: Education Resource Strategies
Education Resource Strategies (ERS) is a national nonprofit that partners with district, school, and state leaders to transform how they use resources (people, time, and money) so that every school prepares every child for tomorrow, no matter their race or income. Since 2004, ERS has worked hand-in-hand with the leaders of over 100 school systems and several states through data, design, and implementation. In all their work, ERS focuses on the larger picture – how resources work together to create strategic systems that support strong schools.
ERS and Orr Group are partnering together to assess and strengthen ERS’ short- and long-term philanthropic programming. Together, we are evaluating the organization’s current state, understanding its funding capacity, potential, and the resources needed to achieve significant growth, and developing a comprehensive and actionable roadmap to meet its fundraising goals.
