YMCA NYC’S Tri-State Conference
As our capital campaigns get larger, and comprehensive campaigns become the norm, success is truly a team effort. The CEO, CDO, Board, Campaign Steering Committee and staff all have roles to play independently and together to ensure success.
OAI Managing Director, Craig Shelley, will lead a session titled “The Pentagon of Campaign Leadership – THE CEO, CDO, Board, Campaign Steering Committee, and Staff” at YMCA NYC’s Tri-State Conference. In this session, Craig will define and differentiate the role of each of these key campaign leaders; explore the staffing and volunteer structures required for success and establish the framework for sustainable campaign leadership that protects against transition of both staff and volunteer leaders. He will draw upon case studies to reinforce theories and engage the YMCA leaders that are present to share their own relevant thoughts and experiences.
